- The complete document, including any notarial certificate page it came with
- Acceptable identification for every signer
- Every signer present — do not sign in advance when the notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence
- Any witnesses the document itself requires
- Confirmation from the receiving institution if it has its own form or requirements

Mobile appointments are available at homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living and senior facilities, hotels and other agreed locations across Los Angeles, during daytime, evening and weekend hours subject to scheduling. Confirmed appointments are also available near Brand Boulevard & Monterey Road in Glendale; exact location and arrival instructions are provided after confirmation.
