Before your appointment
- The complete document, including any notarial certificate page it came with
- Acceptable identification for every signer
- Every signer present — do not sign in advance when the notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence
- Any witnesses the document itself requires
- Confirmation from the receiving institution if it has its own form or requirements

Mobile appointments are available 24/7 at homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living and senior facilities, hotels and other agreed locations across Los Angeles County, subject to scheduling. Scheduled in-person appointments are available at 700 N Brand Blvd, Glendale, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM only; exact location and arrival instructions are provided after confirmation. No walk-ins are accepted.
