Your mobile notary meets you at the agreed location.
Before your appointment
- Have acceptable identification available.
- Have the document that requires notarization.
- Do not leave required information in the document incomplete.
- Some documents require the signer to sign in the physical presence of the notary.
- All signers must be willing and able to communicate with the notary as required by California notarial law.
- If you are unsure which notarial act your document requires, contact the person or organization that prepared or will receive the document.
- The notary cannot select a notarial act or provide legal advice for the signer.
