No hidden fees

Your total estimated price is reviewed and confirmed before your appointment is accepted. Glendale appointments have no mobile travel fee. Mobile requests are never rejected automatically because of distance. Submitting this request does not charge you anything.

Any estimate is made up of the applicable notarization fee (up to $15 per signature), the travel fee for mobile appointments, the after-9:00 PM fee if applicable, waiting time if incurred, and actual parking, toll or facility access charges if applicable. Your $25 reservation deposit (requested only after your request is accepted) is subtracted once from that amount — it is never charged twice. The final amount depends on the notarization actually performed and the circumstances of the appointment.

A reservation deposit is required after your appointment request is accepted: $15 for Glendale (come to us) appointments and $25 for mobile appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your final amount due.
The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
If LA Notary On Call cancels the appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
The deposit is not a California notarial fee. It is an appointment reservation deposit credited toward your final amount.
For Glendale appointments, the exact address and arrival instructions are provided only after the deposit is received and the appointment is confirmed.
