Mobile notary appointments may be requested for assisted living facilities, senior communities, care residences and similar facilities across Los Angeles and surrounding areas, subject to availability and the facility's own scheduling and access rules.
Preparing for the appointment
- Acceptable identification for every signer
- A time when the signer is rested, available and able to communicate with the notary
- Facility access: visiting hours, front-desk sign-in, building and room number
- Any witnesses the document independently requires
- The complete document, ready and unsigned where the notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence
- Parking or facility charges where applicable
