Hospital paperwork often arrives at a difficult moment. Mobile notary appointments may be requested at hospitals and medical facilities throughout the Los Angeles area, subject to availability, travel time and the facility's own rules.
Please consider these before requesting
A short check ahead of time avoids a wasted visit for everyone:
- Whether the signer has acceptable identification
- Whether the signer is able and willing to communicate with the notary
- Whether the document itself requires witnesses
- Hospital or facility access requirements, visiting rules and room number
- Parking or facility charges where applicable
